We are looking for junior deisgner or intern architect, preferably with a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience, for a visualization specialist role. The role would involve creating compelling virtual models and images that assist with project development and client delivery and contribute to a concise visual aesthetic across the firm’s portfolio.

At the opposite end of the penthouse form the primary suite, adjacent to the entrance, an office for colleagues and collaborators is furnished with an aluminum desk by Johan Viladrich and wire shelving from Belgian design duo Muller van Severen. The latter house various “trinkets”, including Shebib’s Grammys.
In the adjacent bathroom, a series of feathering mirrors creates an intriguing visual illusion by refracting the terrace’s lush greenery into view.

The renovation consolidates and organizes key programmes and functions, with nuanced architectural interventions transforming the penthouse into a place of quiet intimacy and respite.
For Noah, the idea of a perfect home was never about having excessive space; it was about meeting his needs efficiently and authentically. The penthouse fulfills its central purpose as a place of rest and relaxation, while articulating Noah’s deep admiration for craft.

Introducing // 40 PH //
40 PH is a meticulously crafted urban escape for Grammy-winning music producer Noah “40” Shebib. Drawing on cultural references spanning music, art, and fashion, the meticulously detailed and executed penthouse—previously a set on the TV show, Suits—embodies Shebib’s appreciation for both aesthetics and technical craft.
The residence, while relatively modest in scale, is defined by its exceptional materials, detailing, and craftsmanship. Together, these elements make for a uniquely immersive spatial experience—a natural extension of Shebib’s own creative practice, where creativity and technical craft combine in the form of atmospheric musical compositions.
