Step inside Enbridge’s Downtown Toronto Office, a multi-storey office and operations centre designed for high performance and functionality.

A dramatic multi-level atrium, glass walls and railings create an open, airy environment. Throughout the workspace, clustered workstations, perimeter glazing and a striking black acoustic ceiling are complemented by custom millwork, reclaimed wood feature walls, and quartz cladding.

From the base building through to the finished interiors, this project reflects the precision, coordination, and attention to detail required to bring a complex facility to life while staying true to the design intent.

Playdium Vaughan is complete! 🎳🎮

This entertainment destination features a range of arcade games and attractions, including a ropes course, Gel Blaster arena, climbing wall, bowling lanes, dedicated event spaces, and a full food and beverage offering.

Bringing this space to life required extensive coordination between trades, specialty vendors, and equipment suppliers; all while working within a fully operational shopping centre.

This project showcases Rochon's ability to deliver challenging, highly coordinated environments that create memorable experiences for end users.

Steady progress continues at the Leslie Link Industrial Condos project in Richmond Hill!

This 120,000+ sq. ft. industrial development for GWL Realty Advisors is advancing well, with foundations now complete, site services in place, and loading dock walls nearing completion. Structural steel delivery is set to begin soon, marking another important milestone on site.

Located in a highly connected GTA industrial corridor, Leslie Link will bring 14 modern industrial condo units to market, designed to support a range of commercial and industrial users. We are proud of the continued effort from our site team, trade partners, and project collaborators as this development moves forward.

The August 1st application deadline for the Rochon Building Corporation Indigenous Award of Excellence is approaching!

This annual scholarship supports Indigenous students in Ontario as they pursue post-secondary education and career development. Priority consideration is given to students pursuing education in construction and the skilled trades.

Applications are open to eligible full-time post-secondary students and Grade 12 students planning to attend a full-time post-secondary institution.

Our Rochon volleyball team assembled for the CREDA Greater Toronto Chapter Volleyball Tournament. We got to enjoy some friendly competition while connecting with our colleagues, partners, and industry peers.

The Water Street project in Whitby had some challenging site conditions.

Initial concerns around soil contamination were confirmed after demolition and further testing, revealing conditions that required extensive remediation.

Despite that, our team navigated these challenges while being highly operational, environmentally compliant, and minimizing our impact on the surrounding area.

Here are some ways our team made it happen:

🔷 Developed remediation strategy, sequencing, and construction approach that aligns with site reality.
🔷Coordinated management of dust, erosion, high water table due to the proximity to the lake, and a wet spring.
🔷Maintained close communication with owner, consultant, and trade partners.

Throughout the project, our team demonstrated commitment to careful planning, ongoing coordination, and minimizing environmental impact while delivering the work safely and responsibly.
