Clean lines and careful planning in this beautiful Yorkville condo.

We installed linear slot diffusers and completed the control rough-ins for the forced-air system and radiator baseboards. The goal: comfort that works with the space and a finished look that feels right at home.

More to come as the project takes shape.

❄️ Snow has nowhere to hide.

We're installing a two-zone, remote-controlled hydronic snowmelt system for this Wasaga Beach home—covering the front walkway and the side perimeter to keep snow and ice from building up where it matters most.

Massive snow drifts? Be forewarned... the melting is coming. 🔥

Stay tuned for the finished installation.

Another successful HVAC upgrade in Toronto. 🔥❄️

We replaced a mid-efficiency furnace, air conditioner, and hot water tank with a high-efficiency furnace, cold-climate heat pump, and tankless water heater.

Despite challenging venting routes and a tight condenser location, the installation was completed cleanly and up to code.

Best of all, the homeowner also qualified for the Home Renovation Savings Rebate, making the upgrade even more affordable.
