A condenser on the roof? Not something you see every day, but when it comes to finding the right solution, there’s always a way!

For this project, we installed two mini-split systems, one in the main bedroom and another in the home office, to help keep these spaces comfortable all summer long. With limited ground space available, we custom-built a rooftop platform and mounted the condenser on the roof, then carefully connected both indoor head units to create a clean, efficient, and safe setup.

This job took some extra planning and a lot of hard work, especially in the heat, but our team delivered a professional installation from start to finish. We’re proud of the attention to detail that went into every step of this project.

If you’ve been told your home doesn’t have room for a condenser, don’t give up on your comfort goals just yet. Every home is different, and our team specializes in finding solutions that work. We’ll help you choose the right system and location to maximize comfort, efficiency, and aesthetics.

Thinking about adding cooling to your home? Reach out to us today and let our experts help you find the perfect solution.

Many homeowners are surprised to learn that a heat pump can both heat and cool your home, providing year-round comfort with a single system.

Unlike a traditional furnace, which generates heat, a heat pump works by transferring heat from one place to another. It’s an efficient, all-in-one solution that keeps your home comfortable in every season.

Watch until the end to learn how heat pumps keep your home warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Stay tuned for next week’s video, where we’ll take a deeper dive into how heat pumps work and why they’re becoming an increasingly popular choice for homeowners.

Paul is back to answer one of the most common EV charger questions: will you need a panel upgrade?

Because panel upgrades can be expensive, it’s important to speak with a certified EV installer before moving forward. In many cases, you may be able to avoid the added cost altogether. If a panel upgrade is required, it could be because your electrical panel is outdated or doesn’t have enough capacity to support an EV charger.

Every home is different, which is why working with a qualified EV installer is so important. They can assess your system, explain your options, and help you understand exactly what’s needed for your specific setup.

Have another EV charger question you’d like Paul to answer? Drop it in the comments!
