The secret is finally (partially) out.

Grateful and honoured to be part of the team bringing St. Clair Square to life — working alongside Herzog & de Meuron and KPF on a project that means a great deal to Toronto’s future. Thank you to Alex Bozikovic - The Globe and Mail for the thoughtful early look.

Still early days — a lot of work ahead, and we’re looking forward to it.

Haystack Mountain School of Craft //
Deer Isle. Maine
Edward Larrabee Barnes, Architect (1915-3004)

Haystack Mountain School of Crafts is an internationally renowned craft school founded in 1950 and located on the rocky Atlantic coast of Deer Isle, Maine. Its stunning campus, designed by architect Edward Larrabee Barnes and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, earned the American Institute of Architects’ Twenty-five Year Award — a recognition given to structures whose construction and original intent have stood the test of time.

While the surrounding landscape continues to evolve and various aspects of the school grow and change with the times, Barnes’s core architectural vision remains largely intact, a testament to the enduring harmony between the buildings and their dramatic coastal setting. The school hosts summer workshops of one to three weeks in disciplines ranging from blacksmithing and clay to fibers, glass, and wood, all taught by visiting artists rather than permanent faculty, and is open to makers of all skill levels seeking a supportive creative community.

More to come.

Architizer A+ //

We are proud to share that we have been selected as Finalists in the 14th Annual Architizer A+ Awards — in not one, but two categories: Best Medium Firm and Best Interior Design Firm. We have also received a Special Mention in the inaugural Best in Craft Firm category.

Please vote for us in each of the two Firm categories at the link in bio for the Popular Choice Award.

The Best in Craft Firm Special Mention is especially meaningful to us — this year’s A+Awards theme celebrates a global resurgence in architectural craft, where material intelligence, detailing, and human-centered ingenuity matter more than ever.

Thank you.

Audi / OG

Over the past year, the RS6 Avant performance has been more than just a car - it’s been a constant through every kind of drive. Early mornings, late nights, open road, quiet moments.

Every time I got behind the wheel it was an experience - power when you want it, precision when you need it, and a presence that never goes unnoticed.

Grateful for the past year in this beauty. Here’s to every road still ahead.

First Look //

Cedar’s Kin
Lake Huron Coast, Ontario

Nestled into the cedar canopy of a steep, forested site, Cedar’s Kin responds to the opportunities and constraints of the hillside. The home is organized as a series of interconnected volumes that step down toward the water. The cascading arrangement establishes a clear spatial sequence – users arrive at the top of the hill and gradually descend through the project toward the beach – allowing the architecture to engage the landscape at multiple elevations.

First Look

Le Cap Resort // Chéticamp, Cape Breton NS

Where 400 million year old Highland rock and the open Gulf press in from every side, and the enduring grit of Acadian culture runs beneath it all — undone by the landscape, restored by warmth, by the table, by water and heat and silence.

In Construction - More to come.
