🇨🇦 From S.A.B Building Restoration Ltd.

A special shout-out to Anannya Biswas, Maria Aiello, Valesa Faria, Iqra Searle, our team member Mosammat Jabunnesa, and to all the immigrant, Brown, ethnic, and diverse women helping shape Canada’s rental housing and construction industries. ✨

As an immigrant-owned company, we know that behind many successful buildings, communities, and businesses are women whose contributions often go unnoticed. From property management and housing operations to construction, development, marketing, and leadership, these women are helping drive Canada’s economy forward every day.

Many immigrant-owned businesses and diverse professionals bring innovation, value, and competitive services that help keep Canada’s housing industry moving forward. Yet, much of this work happens quietly behind the scenes.

At S.A.B Building Restoration, we are proud to celebrate the women who continue to break barriers, open doors, build partnerships, and strengthen communities across Canada. 💙

✨ Less spotlight. More impact. More women at the table.

✨ And if we met on the course, at the clubhouse, or somewhere in between, let’s stay connected!

Today’s of Ontario Annual General Meeting 2026, Ontario’s Attorney General Doug Downey emphasized something the industry has been saying for years — Ontario urgently needs more rental housing.

Bill 60 is part of that conversation. While the legislation has sparked debate, its goal is to help accelerate housing development, improve processes at the Landlord and Tenant Board, and encourage more rental housing supply across the province. More purpose-built rental properties can help create greater housing stability, more options for tenants, and healthier communities long term.

As Ontario continues to grow, collaboration between government, housing providers, contractors, property managers, and industry leaders will be critical to delivering safe, sustainable, and accessible rental housing for future generations.

Housing is not just about buildings — it’s about people, stability, and stronger communities.
