We had to find a way to protect this heritage window!

Can you guess why we had to build this special protection around the window at our current Rosedale project? Fun fact: there are no fasteners in the window framing to preserve its heritage.

Steel Ribbing detail completed for 10ft ceilings. 💪🏼

Big boots on a jacked up wall.

We worked closely with our client and the engineer to design a pin that would accomodate for their platform framing plan.

Thankful for our team for great forms and our Oztec vi****or to keep the concrete flowing into those massive boots!

Final pour at this six stage double lift for our good friends .

Keep an eye on this one as it's going to be an amazing addition when it's all said an done.

Sump pump install for a great client with ground water challenges over the last few weeks.

They invested in an exterior waterproofing but a sump pump was not installed as part of that.

With heavy rains and freeze thaw cycles there was a build up of hydrostatic pressure and we were engaged to install a sump pit, tying it into the exterior weeper.

The team did a great job with the installation to allow the client to still utilize the storage space!

Bench details from a recent project.

Alot of rebar went into this detail. Large retaining bench to create an entrance way into a 10ft clear space that will be used as a golf simulator. ⛳️

Alot to consider when doing a detail like this, plumbing passing through and maintaining a contious waterproof detail.

The guys did a great job 💪🏼

Another project tucked in tight for the holiday break. Second stage poured at our double lift. We will be back in the new year for the 3rd stage before we go down another 3 ft and complete the second lift before we hand it over to for the foubdation work on an amazing 3000 sq ft addition in Georgetown!
