A great bathroom renovation starts long before demolition. Measurements, LiDAR scanning, layout planning, material selections, 3D renderings - we make sure every detail is planned before we start building. The goal? No guessing what your new bathroom will look like. You get to see it, refine it, and approve it before we bring it to life. That’s the Big Dog process.

Don’t let the space under your stairs go to waste. It’s one of the most overlooked areas in a home, but with the right design, it can become some of the most functional square footage you have. Whether it’s custom storage, pull-out drawers, a coffee bar, a w**e station, or even a built-in pantry, there are countless ways to make this space work for your lifestyle. Smart renovations aren’t just about adding space - they’re about using every inch of it.

Every renovation has a story. This one is especially meaningful. After decades of memories, our clients are ready to begin a new chapter - transforming the home while preserving the details that matter most. From original door hardware to the family intercom they grew up using, not everything has to be replaced to create something new. The rest of the home is getting a complete transformation, including an open-concept main floor, custom kitchen, new flooring, renovated bathrooms, updated staircases, and modern finishes throughout.

The best renovations don’t erase a home’s history - they build on it.

From lime green walls to a luxury ensuite 🤝 Project River Oaks is officially underway, and this bathroom is getting a complete transformation. We’re replacing the outdated layout with a spacious custom shower featuring a built-in bench, LED-lit niche, linear drain, floor-to-ceiling tile, and frameless glass. Add in custom quartz vanities, upgraded fixtures, and behind-the-scenes plumbing and electrical updates, and this space will feel brand new.

Before demolition even starts, we help our clients visualize the finished layout so they know exactly what to expect. Follow along as we take this bathroom from dated to dream-worthy.

Project Royal is getting closer and closer to the finish line. Since our last update, we’ve completed drywall, priming, first coat of paint, flooring, tile work, bathroom fixtures, and one of the biggest milestones of all - custom cabinetry installation. The quartz countertops are now going in, and for the first time, the full vision for this home is really starting to come together.

A lot of work happens behind the scenes during a renovation, but these are the stages where everything starts to feel real. Stay tuned as we put the finishing touches on this transformation.
