A recent backyard alteration project. Building permit approved and we can't wait to see this transformation take shape!
The goal of design was to create a private backyard oasis. We lowered the grade down to the basement level creating a basement walkout that seamlessly integrates into the new private outdoor living space below the new wood deck. New retaining walls create privacy from neighboring properties while acting as structural support and practical placement for a new outdoor kitchen!

A new transformation of the existing unused garage into a brand new sunroom connecting this backyard to the main dwelling. Angled high windows, interior glass partition wall+ glass sliding doors and floating stairs are some of the design highlights we're excited to share soon!

Final exterior concept design for a triplex in North York! This project is a complete overhaul of the existing bungalow into a 2 storey, 3 unit home. The goal with the project is to maintain a traditional single family home exterior aesthetic matching the neighborhood while providing additional units. Construction starting soon, we can't wait to see this home take shape!

Finished Interiors of the Great Roof Addition Project!

We're finally able to share some of the unique features this great room shows off, from the high windows and skylights letting in plenty of natural light, to the exposed brick contrasting with the clean pine look of the decorative beams and massive bookshelf, all brought together by a central free-standing wood stove and surrounding seating for family and friends, this space leaves an impression on everyone enjoying the space.

Planning a major build, a massive addition, or a full-gut renovation in Ontario? The rules just changed in your favor, and you do not want to leave this money on the table.

Under the newly proposed 2026 provincial budget, the HST New Housing Rebate has been temporarily supercharged. If you sign a contract within the 1-year window starting this April, you could be eligible to recover up to $130,000 in HST on your build or substantial renovation.

To qualify, your project essentially needs to create a "brand new" home. That means either building from the ground up, adding a massive addition that doubles your livable space, or gutting 90% of your existing interior.

Update on the Great-room Addition project in Mississauga! Closed in and ready for the snow! Key Features so far is that the windows and doors are installed, decorative beams and skylights are in and electrical is roughed in!
