Over the last decade, we have collaborated closely with the esteemed team at the University of Toronto, establishing a strong bond and successfully completing numerous projects together.
this one stands out since the amount of population of birds is extremely high in this area. They are extremely persistent within this building and we had placed prevention in different areas, but the birds just keep moving to newer areas so now that we are completely enclosed, you can see in a few pictures that the birds are no longer hanging around in the windows. They are now at the bottom on the floor.

The project involved various stages of balcony restoration, including waterproofing. These tasks were carried out in separate phases, allowing for coordination with the construction team. Ultimately, we were able to implement comprehensive protection for over 300 balconies, utilizing a 2-inch polyethylene black knotted net. Additionally, some photos feature the hotel accommodations provided for my team during the project.
