Project C***i - proper planning and preparation for water management was critical on this one! Client had been having water issues for years…bottom of a ravine and low point on a dead end street. Interior waterproofing done right followed by exterior underground grid weeping system to French drain. Can’t stop the water, but you can control where it goes! Hardscape finish 👊.
