Another full home renovation just outside of East York [Birchmount and Kingston road]

I couldn't get photos before home was staged and photos taken before we could get post reno pics, but this one came out gorgeous yet again!! Ownere had real great taste and this was designed to be a flip, but ensured every inch was given 100%. New second floor addition, taken over after underpinning and demolition, we built the structure, completed all interior/exterior work to bring home to finish including floors, tiles, plumbing, insulation, drywall, plaster .... the lot. Beautiful East York Home after fire caused this family to vacate their home - underpinned the basemsnt, completely rebuilt the interior top to bottom, all new mechanical, new windows/doors, all new insulation, exposed the party wall brick for a warm accent wall, new custom millwork to maximize space, new kitchen with waterfall countertop, tile work, flooring, painting.... another job done on time and on budget!
