We were pleased to welcome Brandon Donnelly, Founder & Partner at Globizen Group, to speak to our firm as part of our WZMH Academy. Brandon shared a candid developer-side perspective on what truly matters when working with architects and where projects most often succeed or break down.

Drawing on nearly two decades of experience delivering complex urban projects, the discussion explored how architects can strengthen collaboration with developers, better understand project realities, and create value beyond design excellence alone.

Recently, WZMH Academy welcomed Mike Watkinson from Watkinson Coaching for a session titled From Intention to Impact: Purposeful Communication at Work.

Drawing on his expertise in mental health and performance coaching, Mike introduced Parts Psychology to uncover why even experienced professionals can face challenges communicating clearly and constructively. His session highlighted how communication is shaped not just by intention, but by the impact it has on others.
