Timbertop House, Mono, Ont.

A built in wall library, a wood stove tucked into the corner, and ceiling planes that run clean to the gable. Rooms like this look effortless in a photo and take the opposite to build. Congratulations to on the recognition in Canadian Interiors magazine’s Best of Canada Awards. We were proud to build it.

Design intent only survives construction if it is translated clearly before anything is built.

For this space, early coordination through detailed drawings allowed structure, lighting, and millwork to align before fabrication and installation. That work is what allows the finished room to feel calm and resolved.

Throwback to Pricefield House - a Toronto heritage home, where we carefully modernized an Arts and Crafts classic. The renovation strengthened the building envelope for improved airtightness and energy performance, introduced low-flow water fixtures to reduce consumption, and opened the interior to the rear yard, all while preserving the charm and craftsmanship of the original design.

We use detailed millwork drawings as decision points for alignment, sequencing, and tolerances. On site, we verify proportion and geometry before finishes are complete so the finished space reads exactly as intended.
