Introducing 26 Park St E, a new rental apartment building bringing 288 thoughtfully designed one- to three-bedroom suites to Mississauga.

Located steps from the Port Credit GO Station, the project embraces transit-oriented living, with enhanced amenity spaces at grade and on the rooftop of the open-air parkade.

A vibrant, multi-coloured vertical screen wraps the parkade, creating a distinctive architectural expression at street level and a memorable landmark for commuters travelling along the adjacent railway corridor.

The project makes use of existing surface parking areas at the rear of two mid-rise apartment buildings to create an opportunity for much-needed rental housing while making the most of the site’s development potential.

Following the completion and occupancy of Building A, Highland Commons continues to progress toward becoming a complete residential community in Toronto's Highland Creek neighbourhood.

Occupancy reviews are now underway for upper-level units in Building B, while work continues on its indoor and outdoor amenity spaces and landscaping.

In Building A, indoor and rooftop amenity spaces are also nearing completion, with landscaping now complete.
