Severe August rainfall in St. Catharines caused the sump pump at this townhouse complex to fail, leaving approximately two feet of water in the basements of nine units.

Our team was called in to inspect and document every furnace and water heater, including model and serial numbers, so we could prepare a complete inspection report and replacement quotation. Due to the extent of the flood damage, all nine furnaces and all nine water heaters required replacement.

A couple of residents weren’t home during the first round of inspections, so we made the most of the downtime with a quick trip to Niagara Falls before heading back to finish the remaining units and get the job done.

Work hard, enjoy the day, and make sure the job gets finished properly.
