Our crew is on site making sure the survey points and layout are where they need to be before the next phase moves forward. It’s one of those jobs where a few minutes of checking can save a lot of time later.

🕵️‍♀️ Treasure found, more than 3 feet underground!

We dug up an iron bar that looked like it might be the one… but something didn’t quite add up.

So we kept digging.

Directly below it, more than 3 feet below grade was the original subdivision bar we were looking for.

Sometimes surveying takes patience, persistence, and a willingness to dig a little deeper. Literally. 😂

Some days it's a busy downtown intersection, dodging traffic and pedestrians while trying to hold a steady shot. Other days it's an active construction site, navigating equipment, debris, and a schedule that doesn't wait around. Either way, our crews shows up ready.

Every project starts the same way: setting up on control, confirming it's solid, and making sure every point we shoot is exactly where it needs to be. It's not glamorous work, but it's the foundation everything else gets built on. One bad shot early on can throw off an entire project down the line, so we take the time to get it right the first time.

Steep slope. No easy access. Still need survey-grade data? We've got you.

Difficult terrain doesn't scare us, it's kind of our thing.

For this project, our team surveyed a steep, uneven slope most people would call "too hard to reach." We got in, captured accurate topographic data, and got the client exactly what they needed. No shortcuts. No guesswork.
