| EH-YAOOOO.. This is unacceptable. Even to a DIY standard. Homeowners beware. The lowest quote is never the best quote. More often than not, it's the worst. Experienced contractors know how much a job is worth and price accordingly based on many variables, and their pricing usually reflects their experience and skills as long as they are honest and transparent. Good contractors don't compete with low ballers. That said, the steps are now in place, sitting on the base and anchored to the wall. There was no bowing when we backfilled.✌🏻

Heres a great example of how not to build a timber retaining wall and steps! After we get these steps sorted, there are a few details to touch up, and we'll be ready to sand joints and install the turf in the center area of the upper patio. This patio is night and day from the state we first seen it in, and the lift/relay is nearing completion. The right professionals are on the job! Have a great day, everybody.✌🏻

| EH-YAOOOO.. Happy Hump Day! This lift/relay has been no easy task, as you can see by the slabs we're working with. Had I of bin the original contractor here this wouldn't be a lift and relay. These slabs would have been called in, replaced, and installed correctly the first time. If's ands & buts! We're here now thanks to our friends citywide. ✌🏻

| EH-YAOOOOOOO.. Perfection starts with planning, and prep work. The first stone laid determines where the last stone ends up. It's crucial that the first stone is placed in the right position for a 100% symmetrical installation. X marks the spot. There's a lot of math going on here. 100% accurate 👌🏻
