We recently completed this massive backyard overhaul. We started by demolishing and removing the old garage, shed,and existing concrete. To ensure longevity and proper function, we installed a full permeable base.💧

The new hardscape features stunning Kensington Paver by Permacon , finished with wet polymeric sand for a clean,stable, and draining surface. We also integrated a complete drainage system to manage water runoff from the interlock driveway.

The perimeter is defined by crisp new curbs from Best Way Stone, and we enclosed the space with a brand-new horizontal fence, matching pedestrian gate, and a heavy-timber garage gate frame ready for rolling doors.

Currently in the hardscape stage, softscape planting will be completed next year to finish the look.

💫By clearing out the old, bulky structures, the entire space now looks dramatically bigger, brighter, and completely open.

We are thrilled to share this complete front yard renovation we just wrapped up for our client. The project completely rejuvenates the space while ensuring everything was built to last.

Here is what we achieved:

* Replaced the old wooden retaining wall with a sleek, durable stone wall Modan by Oaks Landscape Products

* Removed the outdated interlock and installed beautiful new Oaks Landscape Products Nueva pavers, complete with a proper permeable base for better drainage.

* Built brand new custom wooden steps with secure railings, fully compliant with Ontario Building Code standards.
