Water was leaking into the cold room through cracks in the porch above.

To solve the problem, we sealed the cracks, waterproofed the entire porch surface, and installed new flagstone.

Cold room leaks are often caused by failed waterproofing, damaged joints, or cracks in the porch slab. Repairing the interior alone may not stop the water—the source of the leak must be addressed from the exterior.

Notice moisture, staining, or water inside your cold room? Have the porch above inspected before the damage gets worse.
