From job sites to the speaker’s floor. 🎤🏗️
I had the opportunity to join ACCES Employment Services on College St. as a guest speaker and share a little about my own journey in the construction industry—the successes, challenges, lessons learned, and everything in between.
We also talked about what’s happening in construction today: commercial projects, project management, entrepreneurship, the importance of building strong teams, and how technology and a changing workforce are shaping the future of our industry.
One of the best parts was connecting with people who are building their own career paths and sharing some of the things I wish I knew when I first started.
Construction is about more than buildings. It’s about people, opportunities, problem-solving, and turning ideas into something real.
Thank you to ACCES Employment for the invitation and for creating a space where industry professionals and future talent can connect. 🙏
