Not everyone will understand the size of the dream you’re carrying, and that’s okay.
Sometimes you’re trying to explain a vision to someone who has never imagined anything beyond what they already know.
They may question your goals.
They may tell you to be realistic.
They may not understand why you’re taking risks when staying comfortable seems easier.
But remember, people often understand life through the limits of their own experiences.
If someone has only ever seen a pond, an ocean can sound impossible.
That doesn’t make the ocean any smaller.
And it doesn’t make your dream any less real.
You don’t need everyone to understand your vision.
You need to understand it yourself.
You need to know why it matters to you.
You need the courage to keep moving even when the people around you cannot see what you see.
Be careful about taking advice from people who have never walked the path you’re trying to take.
Listen, learn, and consider different perspectives, but don’t let someone else’s limitations become the boundaries of your life.
Your dream doesn’t need everyone’s approval. Sometimes, it simply needs your commitment.
