Last summer and fall, we were able to build a new 400 sq ft garage and a new rear sunroom addition for a lovely family in Bloor West Village! The garage is massive and rock solid, and the sunroom is just right, cozy and comfortable with large bi fold doors and skylights to let the sun shine in. Thanks to and for the foundation work. Also, thanks to for the top notch (as always) electrical work, on time and on budget.

Earlier this year, we had the opportunity to meet the most incredible family and work with them to transform their home.
Rather than move to a larger home and leave a great neighbourhood with wonderful people all around, they chose to expand their existing home, adding 2 additional bedrooms and a 3rd, full washroom. The entire project went off without a hitch and ended up even better than originally planned.
All the windows were replaced with new Reserve single hung windows.
The new, larger front door was provided by Electrical work provided by HVAC upgrades thanks to of NRG mechanical. Backyard patio and stone work is currently in progress courtesy of our friends Thanks again for putting your trust in us and letting us bring your vision to life!!
