A couple eavestrough and fascia repairs today for a nice lady. Unfortunately some contractors tore these off and demanded a bunch of money before they continued. Raised some red flags and now I'm repairing the damage they caused. From my walk around the gutters are a bit dirty but in no way need to be replaced. A good cleaning and some gutter guards this spring and they will last for another 20 years.

Nice job for the day. A but tricky. Had to maximize the size so i set the door behind the brick. Made it a bit of a tricky install but we made it happen. Going to do another one in front of our in a few months. Great customer and we are both happy with the outcome of the work.

It's always the jobs in buildings that are the hardest. What dosed like a nice easy job over the phone ended up being rough. Had to screw strapping into concrete before we could install the crown. I tried glueing it but that wasn't working very well. Also after the fact the guy wanted to do these little returns in 5 places we previously discussed there wasn't going to be any crown. So i don't mind coping baseboards but crown isn't fun especially with such an intricate profile. Had to get the old hand file out to get them nice and snug. All in all it was a good job and it was good to use skills i don't get to practice all that often. Just next crown job i wasn't space to work. Cutting everything on the balcony worked but wasn't fun in the cold. -23 and-30 the last 2 days. Also bringing everything up in the elevator is a huge pain. I think I'm going to start putting on an extra 500$for any future apartment renovations. Plane and simply put. It takes an extra 2 hours and i need to have an extra guy with me every time.

Here's my last job of the year. Wasnt an easy one but it wasn't too bad either. All ground level with an angle box on the inside to accommodate a larger of a window. When we ordered the windows there wasn't a poured concrete base beneath so it kinda messed us up a but but we still made it work.

Had a fun day today got the job finished but will obviously have to go and replace a sealed unit in the near future. I pulled a dumb move and while building out the bay i screwed right into the glass with a long screw. Instant regret lol. Then i went and got the right sized screws for the job and finished the build.. glad we got it all finished up on time. Once i get that sealed unit I'll get some new pictures. Also my phone fell in the snow and somehow got water behind the cam lens so that's why these photos are so garbage. Also i am loving these dewalt tripod lights. Couldn't imaging life without them anymore.

Windows and doors. Plus a little pizazz on the front bay. It was in need of some serious attention. Ended up rebuilding it and doing it up nice. Me and the clients are happy with the way it came out. Have to wait on a window that got missed on the order to get the house complete. Luckily it's a main floor powder room.

New entrance door from garage into the house. Had to cut the power and move a wire over. Electrician will come by and put an outlet in on the other side of the door and run new power to the powder room.
