✨ EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: Mike- Office Manager ✨
A huge part of our growth over the last few years has come from keeping the business truly family-run — and that includes bringing Rob’s brother, Mike, into the team.
Five years ago, Rob brought on his brother, Mike, as ITB’s Office Manager, and it quickly became clear that it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Not only are they brothers by blood, but genuinely best friends — and that bond shows in the way the business operates every single day.
Before joining ITB, Mike spent 21 years working for a Fortune 500 company, specializing in training operations, data analytics, and process optimization. With a Business Degree from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson), he brought a level of professionalism, structure, and strategic thinking that elevated our systems overnight.
Mike is the friendly, patient voice who answers most of our calls, the person who walks clients through their questions, and the one who ensures every job is organized and scheduled with care. He’s hands-on with quoting, supporting crews, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes — all while applying the same analytical mindset and operational excellence he built over two decades in the corporate world.
Simply put: we don’t know what we’d do without him.
He brings warmth, consistency, and a level of dedication that reflects exactly who we are as a company — a true family business that genuinely cares about the people we serve. His presence has strengthened ITB in every way, and we’re incredibly grateful to have him as such an important part of our story.
