The following work was done at this project at the main entrances of these three townhouse.
* Existing tiles were removed along with lose concrete
* New concrete was poured on all three entrances
* Waterproofing membrane was applied on the entrances, base and topcoat by Masterseal M200 and Tc225 (Charcoal color)
* Some locations the sidewalk needed replacement because they were either damaged/cracked or not being in level
