Single story addition and Lanai.

This addition will function as an in home gym with hydronic in-slab heating. The slab is finished with grey speckled epoxy for maximum durability. The 4 sky lights and 2 sliding glass patio doors allow a ton of natural light through. The space is well insulated with closed cell spray foam and features a ductless mini-split for added comfort in the summer and winter seasons. The structure was framed with a massive ridge beam to carry the entire weight of the roof with a fully vaulted ceiling. This provides a much larger feel to the space and increases ceiling clearance for those overhead exercises!

The lanai features recessed ceiling lights, wood panel ceiling, rough pine posts, outdoor receptacles, railing-post lighting, black aluminum balusters and a continuous skirt. Rain or shine this deck is ready for it!
