Making Progress 🛠️
Another productive day on site as this project continues to take shape.
Today’s progress included planning the post, building out the inside of one of the eave beams, building out the ledger board on the house, and installing the cladding.
Every detail matters when it comes to building something that is made to last. We are continuing to work through each stage carefully and bringing this space one step closer to completion.
More progress to come! 💪

From shoreline challenge to finished space. 🌊
If you’ve been following along, you’ll remember where this project started. What began with reshaping the shoreline and building the lower platforms has now come together beautifully.
The stone steps, platforms, shoreline work, and connection to the water are all in place… creating a space that feels right at home in its surroundings.
It’s been a project with plenty of challenges along the way, but seeing the finished result makes it all worth it.
Another transformation complete. 👊

Some roofs come with a little something extra. 🔨🌊
This one happens to come with a front-row seat to the Bruce Peninsula.
We’ll keep our eyes on the work, but we’d be lying if we said we didn’t appreciate the scenery along the way. Another roof going up, another project moving forward, and another reminder that around here, the job site can be pretty hard to beat.

After getting an early start on the day, Joel and John took some time back at the shop to get their new trailer organized and dialed in.
Every carpenter has their own way of setting up their workspace… and Joel’s been making this one his own, one detail at a time. 💪

🚧 Project Update 🚧
This one is coming together fast!
The siding is nearly complete, the trim is looking sharp, and every step is bringing this home closer to its final look. There's still a little more to do once the roofing is finished, but we're getting close, and it's already looking incredible.
It's always rewarding to watch a project transform from the framing stage into a finished home, one detail at a time.

💧 Every great build starts with a solid foundation... and that includes the water.
At our Greenwich Harbour project, we're drilling the well before the rest of the build even begins. Why? Because planning ahead matters. Once construction is underway, getting a well drilling rig into this location would be nearly impossible, so this is one of those critical steps that has to happen first.
The wellhead is intentionally left high for now and will be trimmed to its final height once the finished grade is complete. It's all part of thinking ahead and building the right way from day one.
A big thank you to Stan Wright Well Drillers for getting the job done. 👏
Every stage of a project has a purpose…and this is one more step bringing this custom home to life.
