So we decided to give it new life. 🔨

A little upgrade that makes a big difference. 🌲
We recently completed this back deck railing, including custom glass stair railings and a self-closing gate.
Clean lines, an open view, and a finish that fits right in with the surroundings.
Another project completed here on the Bruce Peninsula. 🛠️🏡

This big deck is coming along! 🔨🏡
We just passed framing inspection, and now we’re onto the blocking for the railings. Another big step forward, and this project is really starting to take shape.
There’s still plenty to do, but we can already picture how good this one is going to look when it’s finished.

Day 1 on this deck project and we’re off to a great start. 🔨
Today was all about getting the framing underway… and this one is already taking shape. There’s a lot of work ahead, but we can already see this deck is going to be a beauty. 👀
From the foundation up, we’re focused on building it right, building it strong, and creating an outdoor space our clients will enjoy for years to come.

🐷💛 What a night, Tobermory!
We’re still smiling thinking about this year’s Pig Roast!
Our biggest turnout yet made for an incredible evening, and we couldn’t have asked for a better crowd to share it with.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out, brought food, lent a hand, enjoyed the music, grabbed a drink, donated, and helped make the night what it was. It takes a whole community to make an event like this happen, and you showed up in a big way! 🙌
🍖 And congratulations to the Pipes Crew, who took home the win in this year’s Pig Roast competition! A special shoutout to Edgar Giron and his family from the Hardwick Cove area for bringing the heat! 🔥🐷
To our volunteers, musicians, supporters, The Meeting Place team, and everyone behind the scenes: thank you for helping make it such a memorable night.

Before ➡️ After 🏠✨
A closer look at the transformation of this Tobermory bungalow, in case you forgot what it used to look like!
From the removal of the two dormers on the water side to the completed metal roof, this project gave the home a cleaner, more streamlined look while providing lasting protection.
It’s always satisfying to look back at where a project started and see the finished result. Our team worked carefully throughout the process, protecting the surrounding property and making sure everything was completed neatly and on schedule.

A roof transformation complete! 🙌🏠
Remember this beautiful bungalow we were working on? The metal roofing project is officially finished, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.
Our team installed a cedar breather drainage layer between the roof deck and the new metal roofing, helping create a durable and well-designed roofing system. We also removed two dormers on the water side of the home, giving the entire exterior a cleaner, more streamlined look.
From protecting the gardens throughout the project to making sure every detail was cleaned up properly at the end, our crew took great care of this property from start to finish.
Most importantly, the homeowners are happy, the project was completed on time, and the finished product looks fantastic.
