(1) Locate, inspect and ensure clear space at the exterior building gas meter and intake/exhaust pipes:
✅ Ensure clear space from snow and ice formation.
⚠️🦺 If further inspection is required, all work should be performed by a licensed professional.

(2) Visually inspect exterior building roofs to ensure snow and ice is clear:
✅ Ensure roof load aligns with capacity.
✅ Manage and minimize potential ice damming, which could be a key indicator of a leaking roof.
⚠️🦺 If roof maintenance or repairs are required, all work should be performed in accordance with all PPE/safety standards, including a professional contractor, as applicable.
