Office Administrator – Timmins Overhead Door
Location: 258 Joseph St., Timmins, ON

We take pride in our craftsmanship, reliability, and strong sense of community. Our small team works closely together — and we even have two friendly office dogs who are part of the family!
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This person will handle the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our business running smoothly, including financial recordkeeping, customer communication, and general office organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Answer phones and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Handle light office cleaning and organization to maintain a welcoming environment
Use QuickBooks for daily accounting tasks and reporting
Work independently with minimal supervision
Provide administrative support to management as needed
Qualifications:
Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Self-motivated and reliable — able to work independently
Comfortable around dogs (we have two in the office)
