Hi everyone my name is Amber Vane I am a fully certified lash tech based in Timmins ON.

Since I was very young I’ve always had a big interest in the beauty industry, due to my big passion for esthetics I was able to open my own lash business at the age of only 17!

During my last year of high school I had approached to see if she’d be interested in having a coop student, thankfully she welcomed me in with open arms. I felt right at home💗

This gave me the opportunity to broaden my knowledge in this industry. My journey did not end there. After I graduated I was able to establish my own business located at Luxe Lounge Spa.

Im attending Collège Boréal in the fall too further my education in esthetics. This is just the start of my journey I can’t wait to see what the future holds.

We currently have four positions available through the extended Canada Summer Jobs program. If you are a student or a returning student, like working outdoors and managing your own time, have a valid driver's license and vehicle, this job is for you! We need helpers to load and unload construction materials, move materials to work areas, assist in construction activities on site, assist in demolishing buildings, sort, clean and pile salvaged materials, remove rubble and other debris at the site using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment, and perform other activities in the shop yard as directed.

Job hours are flexible as long as you work 35 hrs per week for 8 weeks. The wage offered is $14.50 per hour through Canada Summer Jobs, and this is negotiable with the owner depending on experience. The successful applicant must adhere to the terms and conditions of the Canada Summer Jobs agreement.

There is no public transportation available to the site so you must have your own vehicle or make your own travel arrangements.

McKee's Weatherproofing is seeking a part-time leading full-time, seasonal, outdoor yard labourer/landscaper. Must have own vehicle, experience operating a forklift and lawn tractor, and basic knowledge of small power tools First Aid certification considered an asset. Chainsaw operator certificate considered an asset. Hourly wage starts at $16.00/hr. but is based on experience. For the right candidate, this could translate into a year-round full-time position with the company. Students are welcome to apply if they have the basic skill set mentioned.

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following job duties: receiving and verifying shipments, keeping yard clean, organized and maintained as instructed, loading and unloading of materials, grass cutting and other lawn maintenance, cleaning and organizing equipment, dump runs, fuel runs, garbage and recycling, Must have valid G driver's license.
