What You’ll Do:
• Install, maintain, and repair commercial and residential refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Work independently and with a team to deliver high-quality service
• Communicate professionally with clients and uphold our company reputation

What We’re Looking For:
• Valid driver’s license (clean abstract required)
• G2 or G3 license (G1 preferred for technicians)
• 313A or 313D license (an asset)
• Experience in commercial HVAC/R (for technicians)
• Willingness to learn and grow (for apprentices)
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
