BOOKKEEPER/ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT REQUIRED FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
· Basic office operation including telephone answering.
· Entering Invoices: Includes making copies and assigning to corresponding projects where applicable
· Printing out statements: Includes reconciliation of Bank Statements and Credit Card Statement
· Prepare and Pay: - Payroll Tax Report
- Union Dues Report
- H.S.T. Report
- W.S.I.B. Report
- Corporate Tax Report
· Payroll: for approximately 20 employees
§ Including monitoring of Health Coverage of Employees and proper assignment of premiums and benefits
§ Preparation of Records of Employment
· Projects:
§ Record Purchase Orders and Keep Master List up to date.
§ Invoice Projects once work has been completed.
§ Manage Accounts Receivable
§ Process payments received and Update Purchase Order List
§ Print Profit Report at end of Project
§ File Project report with rest of Project file.
· Certificates:
§ Obtaining W.S.I.B. Certificates, General Insurance Certificates, TVC Certificates as well as any certificate necessary at the time a project is created.
Experience in Simply Accounting, Word, Excel, as well as Good Organizational Skills would be an asset. Must be Bilingual.
Position is Full Time at 40 hours per week.

Salary: based on experience
