What a transformation! ☀️

We installed 7 motorized screens, along with a custom fixed screen in the open gable, creating a fully screened-in outdoor living space.

We’re growing and looking to add a strong Installation, Service & Sales Coordinator to The Haines Group team.
This is a full-time, in-office/on-site role supporting our installation crews, sales team, service department, and customers throughout Tillsonburg, Simcoe, and the surrounding area.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, confident communicating with customers and trades, and comfortable managing multiple jobs from sale through completion. Responsibilities will include scheduling installations and service work, coordinating materials and deliveries, tracking job progress, assisting with sales follow-up, and managing service and warranty appointments.
Experience in the window and door industry is a strong asset, particularly experience with:
    •    Window and door ordering
    •    Warranty and service coordination
    •    Installation scheduling
    •    Customer service and job management
Construction, exterior renovation, or home improvement experience is also preferred.
Pay will depend on experience.
If you’re a motivated problem-solver who takes ownership and enjoys keeping projects organized and moving forward, we’d like to hear from you.
