Nothing like some fresh regrading ! Followed by a nice layer of top soil.

Customer reached out regarding some poor previous landscaping , The team stripped the old vegetation regarded the area for proper water mitigation and raked in some black earth for regrowth.

Team premier has been enjoying the Mount McKay view over the last week working on one of our lot developments for our local Fort William First Nation.

This particular property is being updated with some tree and brush clearing followed by a new perimeter fence line and new shop concrete pad and structure.

This particular job consisted of some waterproofing touch ups from previous work prior to our job scope , New concrete ledger under rear door from existing water damage and a brand new rear patio and stair case entrance.
