100 Kms east & 100 Kms west and everywhere in between the Premier Team has been absolutely dialed in over the last couple weeks.

From garage demos on the north shore to fresh new builds east of town.

Garage pad for a new man cave on our local FWFN First Nation.

Fire lines and berms for precautionary measures to lower the ongoing fire risk in our community.

We can’t thank our crews enough for battling the heat the bugs , the smoke and ash over last couple weeks we are not just a company we are family and we continue to grow together.

Special thanks to our sister company essentially concrete solutions for teaming up with us for one busy season.

With the recent active forest fire risk with in the Nolalu community , We will have equipment and crews doing ( Precautionary ) Residential fire berms and lines today in the area for event the fires grow in size. If anyone around the community needs a hand please reach out.

Not only did we eliminate the hidden dangers with tearing down this abandoned house we were able to open up the future possibilities for the property owners vision.

Nothing like some fresh regrading ! Followed by a nice layer of top soil.

Customer reached out regarding some poor previous landscaping , The team stripped the old vegetation regarded the area for proper water mitigation and raked in some black earth for regrowth.

Team premier has been enjoying the Mount McKay view over the last week working on one of our lot developments for our local Fort William First Nation.

This particular property is being updated with some tree and brush clearing followed by a new perimeter fence line and new shop concrete pad and structure.
