900 bundles of shingles. One big roof. Ten days straight. 🏠

We have wrapped up a full shingle replacement for the Sioux Lookout First Nations Health Authority. The old roof had been losing shingles to the wind year after year.

The crew on this job installed IKO Dynasty shingles in Driftshake. Dynasty is built for high wind resistance so it was a natural fit for a building this big and this exposed. Now this roof is ready for whatever the North throws at it.

A roof this size comes down to logistics. We ran three rooftop shingle deliveries out of Thunder Bay on our own boom truck. No waiting on anyone else to show up. Every bundle was on the roof the day the crew needed it. That is how we plan a job this size right down to the day.

Real credit to the crew. Ten days on that roof and the standard never dropped.

Thirteen windows replaced on this home. 🪟

Stage Prima Series in black. Large picture windows across the living room. Basement sliders. A new sliding patio door too.

Black frames against dark stained wood siding is a sharp look. The house sits back in the bush. The new glass pulls that whole treeline inside.

All thirteen done in a couple of days. That pace comes from an experienced team that works efficiently and never trades speed for quality.

Some jobs are not one job. They are a relationship. 🏠

Our first job for this homeowner was in May of 2025. New windows. That was the whole scope. Nothing more was promised on either side.

In August of 2025 they called us back for a new roof.

We just wrapped up the last piece. New siding, soffit, fascia and eavestrough.

Every one of those calls was earned. We showed up when we said we would. We did the work to one standard. Then we left the site clean and let the result do the talking.

Another roof wrapped up for Red River Holdings, this time on one of their apartment buildings. 🏠

Red River is one of the biggest landlords in Thunder Bay. Over the years we have handled roofs, windows, doors, siding and eavestrough across their properties. We recently replaced 34 windows in a section of Prettie Residence at Lakehead University, start to finish in just over a week. That kind of pace comes from an experienced team that knows how to move without ever letting quality slip.

Some projects carry a little more weight. This is one of them. 🏠

Our crew is handling the roofing on a new fire attack base going up for the MNR in Vedette Lake. With wildfire season pressing hard on Northwestern Ontario, it's timely work and a real privilege to be part of.

So far we've shingled the kitchen and the first of two bunkhouses in IKO Cambridge Driftwood. It's a premium shingle with a clean, natural finish that's built to hold up to whatever the North throws at it.
