Another job wrapped for the crew, and this one speaks to how we work. 🏠

We recently replaced 34 windows in a section of Prettie Residence at Lakehead University, start to finish in just over a week. That kind of pace comes from an experienced team that knows how to move without ever letting quality slip.

Some projects carry a little more weight. This is one of them. 🏠

Our crew is handling the roofing on a new fire attack base going up for the MNR in Vedette Lake. With wildfire season pressing hard on Northwestern Ontario, it's timely work and a real privilege to be part of.

So far we've shingled the kitchen and the first of two bunkhouses in IKO Cambridge Driftwood. It's a premium shingle with a clean, natural finish that's built to hold up to whatever the North throws at it.

The Hellenic Village in Thunder Bay needed new eavestrough. They called a team that could handle the whole job without slowing down.

Our crew installed roughly 2,600 feet of seamless eavestrough across the property in just over a week. That is a serious amount of trough. Every foot of it was measured and hung to the standard we have kept since 1959.

Seamless eavestrough means fewer joints and cleaner lines. It also stands up better to our Northwestern Ontario weather. A building this size takes an experienced crew that works efficiently without cutting corners.

Chimney flashing is one of those details most people never think about, until water finds its way in. 🧱

We recently re-flashed this chimney, rebuilding the seal where the chimney meets the roof so it sheds water properly for years to come. It is precise, skilled work, and the honest truth is that not every contractor has the trained hands on staff to do it right.

A few weeks ago we shared the start of something special. Today, it is complete. 🏠

Our crew has finished the roof on the new Cultural and Learning Centre in Naicatchewenin First Nation, installing IKO Dynasty Brownstone shingles across the building. Returning for this second and final stretch, we brought the same care to the last shingle that we did to the first.

This building will be a lasting asset to the community, a place that will serve people for generations to come. It has been a true privilege to put our experience to work on a project that means this much.
