When you call Kirk’s + Friesen’s Plumbing, we want you to reach a real person. Customer service starts with a simple thing: answering the phone.

As our business has grown, we’ve intentionally grown our administrative team, too. We believe great customer service starts before a technician ever arrives at your door.

Our admin team works hard every day to:
- Answer your calls
- Get you booked in
- Keep you informed
- Coordinate with our technicians

When you have no heat, a plumbing problem or a project you need help with, you want to know someone has heard you and is taking care of it.

We’re incredibly proud of the team behind the phones and grateful for the trust our customers place in us.

Customer service starts with being there when you call.

Thank you, Kneehill County, for letting us serve you.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that supports local.

The Three Hills & District Chamber of Commerce 2026 Small Business Awards are now open for voting, and seeing local businesses recognized is something worth celebrating.

There are so many businesses in Kneehill County that contribute to our community every day—through the jobs they create, the services they provide, the organizations they support and simply by being here.

We’re honoured to be one of them.

At Kirk’s, all of our employees live right here in Kneehill County, and we’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve our friends and neighbours.

Whether you choose Kirk’s or another local business, thank you for choosing to support the people who make our community what it is.

Voting is open until Friday, October 2, 2026. Cast your vote online at threehillschamber.ca and help recognize the businesses and organizations that make our community stronger.

Tell me it’s Monday without telling me it’s Monday…

I’ll go first.

✅ Monday morning meeting: Let’s get this week organized.
✅ Apprentice unloading a truck: …and then there was that.

The week is off to a strong start.
Happy Monday from all of us at Kirk’s!

Throwback to Bobbie doing what Bobbie does best.

Meet Bobbie—the shop cat who earns her keep by killing mice, greeting customers, and keeping everyone on their toes.

Apparently, even the shop urinal needed a quality-control inspection. 🚽🐾

And yes, Kirk’s installs urinals, too!

If you’ve got an upcoming bathroom reno or plumbing project, give us a call. We’d love to help!

Bobbie may have moved on from this inspection, but we’re still here to handle the plumbing.

Don’t Wait for Your AC to Quit! Your AC works hard all summer, so a little preventative maintenance can go a long way!

A dirty filter can restrict airflow and cause your evaporator coil to freeze up, but that’s not the only reason to have your AC checked. Preventative maintenance can help catch small issues before they turn into costly repairs—like electrical problems or worn components.

A quick check can help keep your system running efficiently and cooling properly all summer long.

Don’t wait until your AC stops working to look after it!

Call today to book your AC preventative maintenance!

The filter that’s been keeping us up at night… 😳

It might be one of the cheapest parts of your HVAC system, but it’s also one of the most important. A clogged filter restricts airflow, makes your furnace and AC work harder, reduces efficiency, and can even lead to expensive repairs.

The good news? We can help! Whether you need the right replacement filter or aren’t sure what size your system uses, we’ve got you covered.

Don’t let a simple filter turn into a much bigger bill. Change it regularly and keep your system breathing easy.
