A new chapter for affordable housing in St. Catharines is underway!

This week, construction officially began on the 30-unit affordable housing development at 8 Academy Street, developed in partnership with the St. Catharines Municipal Development Corp.

The project will use modular construction technology, with building components already being produced at our facility before being assembled on site.
By combining innovative construction methods with strong community partnerships, projects like this can deliver quality housing faster and more efficiently.

We’re in the news!

Not because we build “luxury rectangles.”

But because we’re trying to solve one of Ontario’s biggest challenges: housing that people can actually afford.

Our newest project? A 22-unit, fully electric, highly energy-efficient prefabricated building in downtown St. Catharines - built with Canadian wood, Canadian labour, and Canadian manufacturing.
We believe this matters.

Because when cities can offer fast, cost-predictable housing, people stay. Communities grow.

And affordability stops being a dream- and becomes a deliverable.
