Not every project needs to start with a full construction quote.

Sometimes it starts with a messy idea, a rough sketch, a few site photos, and the question:

“Could this actually work?”

Here’s an example from a quick design session.

A simple hand sketch turned into a cleaner concept graphic, then into a realistic visual showing how the idea could sit in the actual space.

This kind of planning is useful before you start buying materials, booking labour, or locking yourself into a design that might not make sense.

I can help homeowners and small contractors turn rough project ideas into clearer visual concepts for things like:

- patios and outdoor gathering spaces
