When we see an FPE ( Federal Pioneer Electric ) panel in someone's house I always recommend that they should look into changing it, and any good electrician would, for a couple of reasons. Safety being the big one.

Some people think that we are just trying to up sell to make more money! Not true at least in my case, its a recommendation, I take the time to explain why it would be a good idea, some say yes right away some say no thank you.

Mentioned it to this customer and they said absolutely please do it. I hadn't even taken the cover off the panel to look at anything, and they had already said yes!

So when I did take the cover off to look, this is what we found.

We just handed over the keys to a brand-new, 500 sq. ft. home built specifically for our client’s mother. This project has been a journey through mud, snow, and sawdust, and we couldn't be prouder of the result.

To celebrate the finish line, we put together a special "Roll Call" video featuring every single trade that helped make this dream a reality. From the first scoop of dirt to the final tile set, this was a true Niagara community effort.
