From builder grade to custom luxury, JD Restoration & Construction transforms homes with quality craftsmanship and personalized designs. At JD, we know how invasive and stressful having a construction crew in your personal space for long periods of time can be. It is never an ideal situation but our streamlined approach brings our clients peace of mind. From the beginning stages of planning your renovation, you will be involved; from functionality to design. We do not move forward until you, our team and sub-trades are aligned on the budget, timeline and design goals of your home or office renovation. We understand that our clients have very busy lives and that they do not have time to manage sub-trades and monitor project progress. This is why John, our owner and operator, personally manages every single project. From simple bathroom remodelling to complete office build-outs, John is the only reference point you’ll have. We always have and always will stand behind our work and we strongly believe our reputation is our warranty. We maintain relationships with our clients to ensure that the satisfaction of their renovation lasts. If you're thinking of renovating your bathroom or kitchen or looking for property maintenance for your corporation, call the team at JD today.
