We wrapped up last year with some great progress at our Alice Street project. With pouring the footings to getting the foundation down. Setting up a great start for 2020! Stay tuned for more progress as this year continues to unfold.

We have broke ground! While the inside is gutted and ready to be restored to it’s former glory, we have started the outside landscape designs. As our journey continues with moving into this new space of renovations, restorations, & property management, so does our progress at Alice Street. We have gutted the majority of the inside to prepare for the next steps, all while maintaining integrity of the historic home and the natural beauty of this historic space.

As soon as you get into the home you can really envision all the incredible design opportunities within just the first few rooms. We are extremely excited to have started this project as it will allow us to showcase our keen eye for detail and allow us to flex our passion for renovations.
