I come here to apologize and to take accountability as a business owner

I come to say sorry to the customers who were excited to have work done on their lawn and then to not have me show up. I was depended on to help and to meet you. Again, we did not show up. When I say I'm going to be there. I definitely do not want to disappoint. But I did disappoint. There are zero excuses for this if I want to take this serious

As a start up business in their second year of operations. We are still very new on how to operate wisely to make a lot of clients happy. I just want to say we have had a ton of obstacles to hurdle over within the past two weeks. Fortunately, a lot of the community reaches out. Which is a very good problem to have! I, CrowDog Alesia Constant, the owner, did not know how to tackle such obstacles at the time. This is not my teams fault. I am also still trying to figure things out with other walls built to stop this team from thriving. But we will figure it out. What's a life without being tested? Can't be at the top without experiencing the bottom or failures or those tough lessons

The number of community members who reach out is proving that this can most definitely be a success for years to come! This is very much appreciated and very well noticed! 🤗

I am hoping we get another shot to make it up to those who were disappointed in a business who did not know what to do at the time. We also understand that contractors only get one chance before being cut off forever. It's just apart of the game 🎮 Again, I cannot apologize enough. Hopefully you will allow me to make it up to you, the community members, before the summer/fall season ends

I'd also like to share that this month of July. We are pausing the 20% youth sports donations as the team needs to figure out operation costs to keep this great monster going. It will be continued in the near future. As a community, we raised $212 in two weeks of work together. Thank you!
