Summary
The Commercial Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating H.E. CONSTRUCTION INC. heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. Heavy construction equipment may include Bulldozer, Backhoe, Excavator, Mini-Excavator, Roller and other pieces of equipment. He or she must always perform circle checks of equipment and clean, maintain and secure all equipment as directed by legislation, policies and procedures. • Check heavy equipment using approved circle check procedures before operating them to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
• Operate hydraulic pumps, safety valves, and any other necessary mechanical components.
• Operate gasoline and diesel powered units.
