Full-Time position in Terrace, BC.

Job description
Responsibilities
• Office and Client communication via phone and email
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Weekly and monthly Accounting and Reconcilliations using Sage50
• Plan, Organize and Schedule jobs effectively
• Invoicing Clients Daily as jobs are Completed.
• Maintain an efficient and effective filing system
• Order office supplies, job supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external clients

Valuable skills and abilities:
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Sage50
• Time management and administrative skills
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and work independently
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time (8am to 4:30pm – 40 hours a week)
Wage: $22.00 (Reassess after 3 months probationary period elapses)

Working with switches: Cisco, Cisco Meraki, FortiSwitch, HP, Ubiquity, and multiple consumer/prosumer brands
Network design, setup, and configuration.
VPN Tunnel setups: FortiNet, Sophos, D-Link Enterprise firewalls

Hypervisor administration: Windows Hyper V, and Scale Computing
Windows Server administration and setup, including AD, DHCP, DNS
Office 365 deployment and migration and support

PC setups, deployment, and repair

Video Conference Room equipment setup and deployment

Graydon Electrical Contracting is a locally owned & operated company based in Terrace B.C. We specialize in providing complete electrical services from Industrial to Commercial and Residential properties.
· Part/Full time starting as soon as possible.
· Valid Driver’s License
· OFA, Fall Arrest, WHMIS preferred
· Ability to work well as part of a team or independently
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Wage $35.00 - $41.00 based on experience.
