At BK, our target construction schedules are:
▪️ 120 days from dig for a new home build
▪️ 90 days for a townhome with the shell already built

A quicker turnaround starts with a well-planned build. Coordinated trades, timely selections and quality checks help keep your home moving forward without compromising quality.

Whatever happened to the dining room buffet?
It didn’t disappear — it just became part of the home.

We’ve been seeing built-in serveries used in so many different ways lately: as coffee bars, extra serving space while hosting, beverage stations, wet bars and, of course, good old-fashioned storage.

It’s one of those features that can add a lot of function without taking up additional floor space — and it gives homeowners a dedicated spot for the things they actually use every day.

And we’re loving where the inspiration is headed: warm woods, arched details, statement tile, integrated lighting and spaces that feel just as considered as the rest of the home.

What a night at the OHBA Awards of Distinction!

Of course, coming home with a win for The Belleview Legacy made the night extra special — but getting to celebrate alongside some of the BK team, connect with others in our industry and cheer on so many incredible projects and people from across Ontario made it that much better.

There is a lot of talent in this industry, and nights like this are such a great reminder of how much there is to celebrate.
