Super fun bonus room above the garage completed in this Doon South subdivision home. Natural stone, shiplap, built in hearth seating with drawers, built in TV and fireplace, rustic barn beams in the ceiling and a chandelier that brings the entire space to life. We love it when our design team executes on point and we turn a boring living space into a what feels like a luxury ski chalet! Upper floor renovation completed just in time for the holidays. This came together beautifully. Our flooring&trim division .hardwoodandlaminates gave this basement some serious life with these two accent walls. Wall one has a gas fireplace build-in, while wall two houses a built-in book shelf, natural wood beam and TV. Both finished using 6” shiplap in matte black.

With this move we welcome both Chris and Joe to our team full time as they create our newest division - Carpentry and Exteriors. With over 30 years of combined experience in renovations, additions, new builds, framing, trim carpentry, windows/doors, siding/aluminum work, general contracting and project management, they bring a vast amount of experience and wide skill set to our team! Both new members are Red Seal certified general carpenters, insuring any projects we complete are done to the highest standard.

Historical Heritage home in Waterloo.

What a great project to be a part of! Here we had our masonry division - .j.masonry complete four chimney rebuilds using yellow clay brick and lime based mortar. We also restored the original mill work on the home, including the original dinner bell, which not only looks great, but also functions for the first time in ages!
