We’re not looking for experience — we’re looking for the right attitude. If you bring passion, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn, we will provide the training and hands-on experience to help you succeed.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn and take direction
Positive attitude and team mindset
Mechanical interest is an asset but not required
Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
Important Requirements:
Must live in Taber, Alberta or the surrounding area
This is a permanent, local position — no living allowance (LOA) or travel pay is provided
Out-of-town applicants will not be considered
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to the shop daily
Safety Requirements (Mandatory Before Applying):
CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
H2S Alive
Standard First Aid
TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods)

Candidates who already hold these safety tickets will have a strong advantage in the hiring process. Applicants must have these certifications completed before applying.

Compensation:
Starting wage: $25/hour
Wage will be adjusted based on experience and skill level
