Help Rebuild Trelawny, Jamaica After Hurricane Melissa
Hurricane Melissa has devastated the parish of Trelawny, Jamaica — destroying homes, small farms, and local businesses. Many families have lost everything: their roofs, their livelihoods, and their sense of security.
While national relief is underway, Trelawny is often overlooked. For my wife Rochelle and I, this place isn’t just a spot on the map, it’s home to people we love.
This December, I’ll be returning to Trelawny to help rebuild. As a plumber, I’ll be donating my skills and bringing along other Canadian and Jamaican tradespeople, carpenters, electricians, and labourers, to restore homes, shops, and community spaces.
Your support will go directly toward:
1 Rebuilding homes and local businessesdestroyed by the storm.
2 Supporting small farmers who’ve lost their livestock and crops.
3 Creating fair-paid work for Jamaicans helping rebuild their own community.
Every dollar will be used transparently and locally, putting money straight into the hands of the people working to restore their lives.
Trelawny may be struggling right now, but with your help, we can bring back hope, dignity, and opportunity.
Please consider donating or sharing this fundraiser to help the people of Trelawny rise again.
Thank you for your generosity,
