This weather has been a burden on so many people! If you need any repairs or something looked at, message me with your details and I'd be happy to try and assist you.
Lots of decks and roof took alot of abuse with the weight of the snow, so please be careful and if you can, shovel off some weight!

Tired of maintaining your wood deck? Maybe you're wanting to use the under side of your deck for storage, where things stay out of the elements?
We offer PVC decking in multiple colors and patterns. The membrane is heat welded together for long lasting waterproofing. It's durability and ease of cleaning and maintaining gives you more time for other things and less time, sanding, staining and replacing twisted or rotten deck boards. It is also a great way to protect the ledger and joists of your deck, giving it longer life!

We started the install of the Cape Cod Western cedar shakes (Atlantic Gold - stain). Custom 26 Ga white steel window flashings. We also started the custom steel beam wraps! This project has been extremely custom from day and everyday we get closer to the finish line. More pictures to come!

Another metal snap lock roof in the books!!
There was a 10x10 section of this roof that was sagged 2", which would have visually altered the look and performance of the new metal roof. We pulled the old shiplap, sistered on new rafters complete with construction adhesive (PL), 3" framing nails and 3" GRK screws. Installed new plywood, full weather membrane (peel n stick) to entire roof surface. It was then time to add Iron Ore, 24Ga Snap lock roof sheets and all the custom flashings. Really happy on how this turned out and so is the customer!

A few pictures from a British Columbia, Flat-Line job before i moved it to Sydney, NS. Exterior renovation complete with New t&g cedar soffit, CF wood around windows c/w decorative sill, CF belly band and barg boards, Hardy lap siding, Hardy board and batten, Hardy shakes, cedar post wraps milled cedar gable accents. It was such a fun job to do and the homeowners were amazing!
