Fully adhered Resisto HT peel and stick base done and complete! Metal measured and will be made and delivered by and that will be the next task!

Blue Skin was put down (not by us!) And the roof leaked like crazy. Peeled it off and once the wind and sunshine dry out the substrate, we will be fully adhering a low slope soprema membrane before installing a mechanically fastened, double locked, standing seam metal roof! More pictures to come as the job progresses 🤘

This is a little metal roofing cap detail. Really love how this turned out!

This weather has been a burden on so many people! If you need any repairs or something looked at, message me with your details and I'd be happy to try and assist you.
Lots of decks and roof took alot of abuse with the weight of the snow, so please be careful and if you can, shovel off some weight!

LUX Steel Soffit with a woodgrain pattern looks incredible! You won't see this stuff blow off in a bad Cape Breton wind storm lol.
